The Challenge
Post Covid-19, Fitness Time was trying to enhance the customer service experience and to increase the targeted number of members across all divisions of the club.
The goal was to streamline the process and improve on the comeback experience for existing and new members.
The Result
In collaboration with Fitness Time the team at WG prepared and developed educational and awareness campaigns.
We focused on communicating, in collaboration with Saudi Ministry of Sport through a program called "Fit Link", various messages including but not limited to the importance of working out .
Some 2d how-to videos were created to simplify the club experience through online services, and some social media engagement posts to strengthen the relationship between the clubs and the members.
